Word has leaked to Anita Blake that hit men are headed for St. Louis- and that she, Jean-Claude, and Richard are the targets.
I am crossing my fingers on this one because the last few I have been disappointed in. Each book only progresses the series one day at a time, which when you have to wait a year in-between books is frustrating. And really, I love smexy time but (and I can't believe I am going to say this) it is getting a bit much with Anita. But I've come this far in the series, might as well continue and see how it plays out.

I can't wait for this book to come out! I like the cover, different that the last few but I like it none the less. Though I am curious as to who the man in the long coat is, the hit man?
It kind of reminded me of Richard when I first saw it....but then I was thinking - Oh no, can the hit man be Edward?
I thought the same things when I first saw it, but then I don't remember either being mentioned waring a long coat regularly, or maybe it is something I have just forgotten. Either way, I am excited for it to come out, maybe then we will find out who it is!
